- CRM Channel Operation/Management
- Develop and execute strategies for KakaoTalk (Friend Talk, Notification Talk), app push, SMS, and other CRM channels.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to derive insights, create and execute CRM strategies for different segments.
- Use data analysis tools to operate, execute, analyze, and automate CRM campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize costs and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, business teams, and others to provide customer insights.

- [Required] 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing
- [Required] Proven past marketing performance backed by data
- Experience in campaign planning/execution/analysis with data tools (e.g., Braze, Airbridge)
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and communication
- Experience in collaborating across departments (business, PO, design) with strong communication skills
